Innovative tile artist, Liz Tatchell, is the sole proprietor of Trillium Tile. Liz started as a tile setter after graduating from the University of Washington with a degree in fine art in 2001. She worked under master tile setter Anthony Da Silva, where she grew the basic tile skills she learned growing up from her forever remodeling parents. From 2003-2006, she studied exterior hardscapes with Nurtured Earth Gardens, learning the construction of flagstone patios, pavers, dry stack and boulder walls. In 2006, an awesome opportunity to build a custom shower mosaic inspired Liz to start her own company, providing the quality and creative work she still offers today.
